Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription purchases and paid services on BuyKenya Business Solutions (“BuyKenya”, “Platform”, “Service”). By completing a payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy
- All subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
- Refunds are not issued for incorrect package selection, unused services, or early cancellation.
- Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any remaining period.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payments – If you are charged more than once for the same transaction.
- Technical Errors – If a system or gateway error results in failed service delivery.
- Legal Requirements – Where consumer protection laws mandate a refund.
3. Cancellation Requests
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their account dashboard.
- Cancellations take effect immediately, and listings associated with the package will be unpublished.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.
4. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction.
- Requests should be sent to info@buykenya.org with proof of payment.
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (M-Pesa/Pesapal or card).
- Processing time may take up to 14 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Services
- Advertising or promotional services purchased on the Platform.
- One-time setup or customization fees.
- Expired or fully utilized subscription packages.
