Payment Policy
This Payment Policy governs all transactions made on BuyKenya Business Solutions (“BuyKenya”, “Platform”, “Service”). By purchasing a subscription package or using paid services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
- M-Pesa via Pesapal – Integrated with WooCommerce for secure mobile payments.
- Debit/Credit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, and other supported cards through Pesapal.
- Other Pesapal Options – Bank transfers and supported wallets where available.
2. Subscription Packages
Payments apply to the following packages:
- Startup – KSh 1,500 / year (up to 10 businesses annually).
- Standard – KSh 5,000 / year (up to 30 businesses annually).
- Corporate – KSh 50,000 / year (up to 500 businesses annually, with sales & marketing support).
- Lifetime – KSh 500,000 / year (unlimited listings, dedicated account manager, hosting & email accounts).
3. Billing & Invoicing
- Invoices are generated automatically upon subscription purchase.
- Payments must be completed before listings are published.
- Receipts are sent via email to the registered account holder.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for unused time.
- Refunds are not issued for incorrect package selection or unused services.
5. Security & Fraud Prevention
- Transactions are processed securely via Pesapal’s payment gateway.
- BuyKenya does not store sensitive financial information such as card numbers or M-Pesa PINs.
- Suspicious or fraudulent transactions may result in account suspension.
6. Compliance
Users are responsible for any applicable taxes related to their transactions. BuyKenya reserves the right to update payment methods and policies at any time.
